The Caregiver Box (Gluten Friendly)

We honor all of the caregivers out there helping others when they can’t care for themselves. From personal experience, being in a caregiver position meant most of my energy was focused on the person I was caring for and I had little energy left for self-care at the end of the day. This Caregiver Box was designed with that experience in mind.
