Cara Neill is the owner of Deka Lash in Overland Park, KS. She started her endeavor to open her own business in 2019 with the vision of providing career opportunities to others and additional flexibility for her family. She has been living in Hustle mode for about 3 years between the business and having a young child!

Cara says “…I'm not the best at self-care, which is ironic since I own a business that is geared toward self-care and taking some down time.” She finds great personal re-grounding in time spent in the moment with her 5-year-old. He gives her fresh perspective every day! She loves to relax her mind and soul through quiet, reflective time at home; treating herself to massages or facials; and 1:1 time talking with her husband.
