Domestic Shipping
We want to get your order to you as quickly as we can. The subscription boxes will ship the second week of the month. All other products will ship within one to three business days.
Please understand that all carriers are experiencing service delays and your order will likely take longer to deliver.
Shipping charges are determine by the product dimensions, weight and shipping address.
International Shipping
We do not ship internationally.
Returns
Subscription Boxes
Please note that due to the nature of a subscription box, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Any issues though and we’ll be happy to work them out on a case by case basis, just email us at contact@hustleandground.com. It’s important to us that you love and are happy with your Hustle & Ground subscription. Hustle & Ground subscription purchases are final sale and nonrefundable. This includes subscription boxes, gift cards, gifts, shipping and taxes. If you have received an item that has been damaged during the shipping process, please contact us at contact@hustleandground.com so that we can get you a replacement item that is the same or comparable to the item that was damaged. Any returns made to us will not be eligible for a refund.
30 Days to Return (excluding Subscription Boxes)
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item (other than subscription boxes) within 30 days. Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed and a refund issued. You will receive a refund for the purchase price and applicable sales tax.
