She likes to try different things to unwind including yoga, meditation, pickleball, reading, and essential oils (oak moss is one of her favorites for grounding). In addition to slowing down and pacing herself, Jamie also likes to hike in the mountains, drink warm water and teas, and get 7.5-8 hours of sleep a night.
