How Brandi relaxes…

Brandi Robertson is the owner of Lorellie’s Handcrafted Caramels & Chocolates. She started her business because “everyone picks the caramels first out of the assorted chocolate box, but most have lost their delicious taste due to age and preservatives. I set out to make the caramels people longed for “like grandma made”. Through many years of altering recipes and searching for the perfect consistency and taste I finally achieved it. That’s why my caramels are made in small batches without added preservatives and meant to be enjoyed and not sit on a counter for weeks.”

When asked what she likes to do to unwind, relax and Pause, Brandi said she likes to read, go to thrift and antique stores, and take hot showers. After taking her time to relax, Brandi feels creative, refreshed and ready to go!
